This blog isn't about me. It's about YOU. Over the past couple of months I've been answering my followers over countless emails, inbox's and even tweets on matters of weight advice.
Alot of people have asked me to do this, so I've decided to create this page for everyone out there struggling with their weight. Whatever questions you have, leave them with me and I'll be sure to answer them as best as I can and honestly what I would do if I was in your position.

Disclaimer: I'm a med student, but I'm not a psychiatrist. I have no formal counselling training. I also give advice on my own experience, I lost 15kg recently over 2 months.
